I was given Pisco and wanted a Pisco Sour

So I was very lucky to have been given a bottle of Peruvian Pisco. I have fond memories of Pisco Sours from when I went to Bolivia, but didn't quite remember how to make a Pisco Sour. I went looking, and found a great website called CocktailDB: The Internet Cocktail Database. I highly recommend the Mixilator for bottle-shopping inspiration!
